Cat makeup ideas for Halloween, dress up parties or any other event that requires you to bring out the feline inside you!
Years ago I went to a Halloween party dressed as cat woman (pretty simple black turtleneck with black tights and a hand stitched cat tail) but what sealed the deal was my cat makeup!
