Tips For Great Mascara

The eyes are the most exciting and expressive facial featureĀ  especially when highlighted and emphasize with makeup. The eyes can be divided into three parts when it comes to makeup: the eyelid, the middle or deep zone and the brow bone.

Choosing the right shades for eye makeup is very important in order to achieve a unique effect, and that is why the makeup artists to follow these basic rules:

Blue eyes: Work well with all metallic gold, bronze, silver, gray, mauve, pink and brown.

Brown eyes: All shades of brown, bronze, khaki, navy, mauve, tan and fleshy.

Green eyes: Bronze, gray, earth tones and fleshy.

The application of mascara:

  • Before applying mascara, curl lashes, so the eyes look larger and open.
  • When applying mascara, go from the root to tip by moving the wand slowly from side to side to evenly distribute the paint.
  • Before applying a second coat of mascara, let it dry thoroughly and only then apply another coat.
