Smoky Eye Application Tips
- Rim the eye underneath from end to end, right inside the lash line, with a shimmering dark pencil.
- To make a firmer surface to sketch on and create a cat eye, put your index finger on the outer corner of your upper lashes and pull up gently. Start small, then draw out the line as far as you want.
